We offer a variety of support solutions to meet the needs of a diverse customer base:

 

1.) Free Email Support and knowledgebase:
Free email-based support comes with each licensed copy of the IceWarp Server for the extent of the renewal period and is also included with each upgrade. Email support is provided free during normal business hours. We guarantee a response within 1 business day of submission of the ticket.

 

2.) Official IceWarp Forums:
Our FREE forum dedicated to the professional exchange of experiences related to the IceWarp Server.

 

3.) IceWarp Support Contracts:

We offer pre-paid contracts based on the various needs of our customers. Support contract customers receive FRONT-OF-THE-LINE service. We understand that contract customers are paying for performance, an increased level of access to our support staff and an increased level of availability – and we deliver. Our contracts offer a variety of Service Level Agreements (SLA) that we stand by to provide you with service that meets your needs.
